Training Days

Leon and I are busy training for the Energade 5fm Triathlon in Gordans Bay. So we went to small bay to do some cold water training! The water was cold and wet, and the fish kept on jumping which kind of freaked me out. Apparently seals also make fish jump and not just sharks but still I was freaked. Were is Ronnie when you need him? Tammy and Lehesta were our sexy mascots on the beach. Think of us on the 5th of December swim, bike, run , collapse
