Mid-Week Cocktail party, its the end of Jan just about!
For no apparent reason Tammy decided we needed to have a cocktail party. I blame her discovery of a french martini recipe.
Before I know it, 20 people where invited and my wednesday was planned.
My romantic notions of all sitting around a roaring fire where dashed due to the swirling south easter, we did manage to get most of the party in the garden though (except for the party in the kitchen, on the bed and in my pants). The cocktails where fun we got through 4 bottles of vodka, and a host of other liquers. Im becoming a big fan of bitters, its the most amazing way to hide the taste of vodka when someone makes you a vark dop.
Chocolate vodka all got finished, but not as quickly as the first couple of times I made it. I think putting chilli in it might be pushing my luck slightly, it does give it somewhat more of a kick. Not that its really needed when your drinking just about pure warm vodka. It seemed a good idea at the time.

For those not in the loop.. adding "in my pants" to the end of every sentence become popular after a drinking game in scotland. It also makes reference to the Borat movie when used in phrases like "Make hand party in my pants"
