The Big Lebowski, got to love it.

I am just about finished reading a little book called "The Art of Happiness". It seems to be working, well it was last night.

Today I am not particularly happiness, sat at work after a particularly early "roll and go" wake up to get the early bus. I dont think my hangover has quite reached its climax yet either. In any moment of weakness will ask myself "What would The Dude do".

Last night was a total 10/10 on the happiness front, all the boxes where ticked and then crossed. After an awesome session kicking ass and hip throwing during Aikido I had made my way to the spiegeltent via the falaffel shop for a little snack.

The Spiegel Tent is part of the Cork Mid Summer Festival, as you would expect it was packed with stoners, geeks and people like me. Some even got into spirit dressed in there dressing gowns. The one guy dressed as jesus did take the cake however.

Instead of cake though they had beer, glarous Paulaner Weise beer made with yeast and wheat (the cause of said hangover).

As with any viewing of "The Big Lebowski" my view of life changes maybe not permanently. I always notice new things everytimeI watch it. This time I noticed that in the opening scene in the supermarket there is a TV on with George Bush saying "This aggression will not stand" then later in the movie "The Dude" uses the same line. Pretty clever really, you can read a lot into that.

Growing my hair is definatly on the cards though, and being a student will make the vibe easier to pull off. My recent discovery of being able to wear shorts at work has added immediatly to my scruffiness. So no need to wait. Drivel of a blog entry today and the spell checker is broken.
