Catherine's party bus to Stellenbosch

Im only like two weeks late putting up these pictures and the pictures are not even my own. This is the pace my life has taken on in the moment. During the last couple of weeks Caroline and Steve have been down on holiday and Leon and I did the Argus. In fact the Sunday after the bus party we did the Argus (4 hours 43 minutes a whole 30 minutes faster than last year!).

With the Argus on Sunday we decided to take the evening easy, this was a great plan and we should have stuck with it. In my priest outfit I felt like I could get away with anything, but was very quickly brought down to earth. As I walked across the Milnerton light house car park waiting for the bus. Bible and beer in hand, two nice men dress in blue uniforms called me over for a chat. I resisted the urge to be my normally cocky self and did not remain in priest character, instead I fell into my humble yes officer sorry officer mode. Drinking in public, even light beers by clergy is frowned apon I was told.

Its always good when you go out to Stellenbosch and come back with less clothes than you went with. Even better when you realise that some of your clothes are inside out when you get home. Probably not clever to do all of this in front of a bus full of people armed with cameras. Same thing does for peeing in basins and other public places. But enough about me.

It was Alidas party and it was great, nice chocolate cake interesting people on the bus. The alcohol flowed and everyone had a great time.

This was our Stellies Jol with Greg Down for the weekend....the photo's speak for themselves! Started off at Terrace for some pizza and went on to Catwalk where the Archers Aqua boys were doing there thing..
Laurence ended up sleeping in Riaans back seat, Brad and Johan got so waisted that they ended up in the same bed together.... nuff said

Maties Mountain Bike Race in Stellenbosch

Mountain Bike race in stellenbosch. Leon and I finished, and I fell. Was a struggle the first half was uphill and I couldnt keep up, not fit enough or something :P second half was nice downhill singletrack through the trees and was amazing. We finished and didnt come stone last. Afterwards we went with the girls and had a picnic by Leons river.
