As part of our commitment to living a healthy outdoor lifestyle. Despite terrible terrible hangovers from the previous nights beachfront we did a night trail run before the anti-theme party at T's (as advertised on FaceBook, you FaceWhores..). I call it the "St James" loop, I have done it a couple of times with CRAG (cape runners against gravity), this time it was raining building up to a storm and it was only me and Leon. We did the loop pretty quickly, about 50 minutes which was cool the weather was nasty. Sitting at Mr Ts after a bath full plate off food and glass of redwine in hand it seems like the best thing in the world to do, this is why we live in cape town. I love my new balance, L's green solomans may be gripper, have more padding and be better, but I cant bring myself to love solomans.. I love my new balance.. |

I blame tammy totally, I used to be a rather sensible bloke with two pairs of shoes. One for work another for everthing else. What more could a boy want? My good old vans were cool enough to go mountain biking in and still wear out clubbing the same night. Then I decided I wanted to get fit so I bought a pair of really cool new balance adventure racing shoes. These fitted in with my vans in that I could wear them running and still take them out at night. Better still I could wear them to work! |
